Sun Builders Group has been a pioneer in real estate industry for over three decades. We remain the company that delivers high quality living space solutions on the grounds of strong values, long term vision and financial independence. With over 72 million sq. ft. of built spaces and over 25,000 contented and happy customers, we felt we have achieved much but have not achieved all. We aspire to foster our skills and energy in attaining something unparalleled and not limit ourselves to our present accomplishments.
Considering that, Sun Builders Group decided it is time to institutionalize a new brand identity to the Group. Because we believe that a brand’s logo is its shorthand, a visual cue that tells a story of the brand’s culture, behavior, and values. And we also believe in constantly evolving with the times. This ideology is what lead us to evolve our new logo to what has been shown above.
We wanted to reflect that we have not changed, only our brand identity has. And so we have retained the core elements of our logo, including our iconic color palette of orange, white and grey. Orange color represents the enthusiasm and creativity associated with our every project combined with the determination to exceed in quality. The white speaks about our positive connotation while approaching any milestone. And the grey color symbolizes dependability and maturity cum expertise in our work, which is apt, given our 34 year old expertise in construction.
The design of the new logo has been inspired by today’s diverse marketplace and experiences. We leveraged the iconic color arrangement and approachable form to reflect Sun Builders Group heritage and replaced it with a grey backdrop and a streamlined arrangement to create more visual harmony. The two slant lines in orange form an ‘S’ for Sun, hence giving a symbolic identity to our Group. Also it symbolizes nurtured hands that are steadfast and designed to nurture human lives. There is indeed a third element hidden. It represents two arrows that represent how we strive for continuous progress and development. The word SUN has been placed below the identity to help people recognize the logo with our group name. Written below the logo are our two prototype words: Building Communities. These two words embody our core service of constructing quality living spaces.
